For best results:

• Apply a thin layer to dry, clean skin , adding it to a small amount of warm water or tea to a separate dish to make a thinner, more pliable consistency if desired. I like to apply my mask in the bath and sometimes drape a hot washcloth over the mask to allow the nutrients penetrate more deeply. Relax for about 20 minutes (preferably with cucumber or cool tea bags over your eyes) to allow the mask to work, then wipe mask away with a wet cloth then rinse with lukewarm/tepid water and mist your face with your favorite toner. Use after extractions to calm and soothe and as a regular part of your weekly skin care routine.
